My path to starting Beehive Shutters became clear when I started getting migraines due to excessive sunlight. When in the storm of a migraine, the necessity of darkness was heightened. Even the sunlight squeezing in from the side of a window can be too much to handle and rendered my blinds obsolete.

Once my first plantation shutter was installed, I was hooked. It wasn’t long before we noticed the beauty it brought inside and outside of the house. The rooms that had Shutters installed kept at a more consistent temperature. Best of all, my yearly replacing of a set of vertical or horizontal blinds was over.
